Back in the ‘90s, before the turn of the millenium, a bunch of friends decided that they needed to meet at least twice a year in order to keep their friendship alive. They called themselves “Vasyneet Sedät” (The Tired Uncles). Having kept the tradition for decades, a few of them thought it was time to take the next step and, being tired of boring beers, decided to brew awesome beers that would be “on a par” with the “Vasyneet Sedät” group. And thus, the Tired Uncle Brewing Co. was born in honor of The Tired Uncles.
